Incoming SMS:
With SMS Magic you can also receive replies within the Salesforce Org. For that you’ll have to rent an incoming number (To know more contact our sales at sales@screen-magic.com). SMS Magic will push the incoming SMS’s received to your SF org.
To set up the incoming functionality with credentials Goto SMS Magic App–> SMS Settings–>Incoming SMS Settings
Enter your Salesforce credentials i.e. your salsforce Username, password, security token under “SMS pull Auth access”
Once you are done with this and we suggest you to please test your incoming.
